5.3四合一前处理解决方案Defatting, acid washing, epitoping, phosphine all in one pretreatment solutions
一)四合一前处理工艺流程：The process flow of defatting, acid washing, surface adjustment and phosphizing as the one-piece pretreatment:
上件Upper piece→热水浸洗hot water immersion→超声波四合一浸洗ultrasound four in one immersion→工业水高压喷淋洗1 industrial water spray 1→工业水喷淋洗2 industrial water spray 2→工艺水超声波浸洗3 process water ultrasonic immersion 3→工业水喷淋洗4 industrial water spray 4→工业水喷淋洗5 industrial water spray5→纯水浸洗1 pure water spray 1→纯水喷淋洗2 pure water spray→电泳ED
二)四合一前处理工艺功能槽作用及参数Defatting, acid cleaning, surface adjustment, phosphine four in one pretreatment process function tank role and parameters
①游浸热水洗：起到软化油脂，润湿，浸洗等作用；温度＞80℃ Water leaching and washing: plays the role of softening grease, wetting, soaking and washing; Temperature > 80 ° C
②超声波四合一清洗：脱脂、除锈、除氧化皮及上膜，配合超声波（55米、200T槽，配48-50组超声波）；常温，FA90-130点Ultrasonic four in one cleaning: degreasing, rust removing, oxygen removing skin and upper membrane, combined with ultrasonic (55 m, 200 t tank, with 48-50 sets of ultrasonic); Normal temperature, fa90-130
③高压喷淋清洗：清洗工件表面残液，辅助上膜等功能；常温，FA10点左右High pressure spray washing: wash the residual liquid on the workpiece surface, auxiliary upper membrane and other functions; At room temperature, around 10 o’clock in FA
④超声波浸洗：8-10组，对工件表面进行物理清洗；常温，电导率＜800 Ultrasonic immersion washing: groups 8-10, which physically cleaned the workpiece surface; At room temperature, conductivity < 800
⑤纯水浸洗：电导率＜150 Pure water immersion washing: conductivity < 150
⑥喷淋纯水洗2：电导率＜50 Spray purified water wash 2: conductivity < 50
